Online Fundraiser Terms & Conditions

Duration of Fundraiser
The online fundraiser will begin upon October 5, 2023, 5.00pm AEST and conclude at 12.00am AEST on November 6, 2023.

Entry Eligibility
a. Participants must be of the legal age of 18 years or older at the time of donation.
b. One entry is allowed per person.
c. A minimum donation of $15 AUD is required to qualify for entry.

Prizes
Fabulous prizes will be awarded to the winners of the raffle. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.

Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected through a random drawing process from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place within 7 days after the fundraiser concludes. Winners will be contacted via their provided contact details.

General
a. This fundraiser adheres to the guidelines set by the Australian State and Territory Regulators for Gambling.
b. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that their donations will not be refunded.
c. The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the fundraiser at any time if deemed necessary, with notice given to participants.
